  • Cloud infrastructure security reviews (Azure/365)
  • DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and auditing
  • Compliance preparation (NIST CSF, HIPAA, CIS benchmarks)

Billing: Flat-rate or scoped hourly

Tiered IT Support (Ongoing or As-Needed)


  • Tier 1: Helpdesk and user support (passwords, printers, software installs)
  • Tier 2: Admin-level support (O365 administration, device onboarding, software troubleshooting)
  • Tier 3: Engineering/escalation (you – covering security, identity, and project needs)


Billing: Hourly or monthly blocks

  • Anti-poaching clauses available in contracts
